Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. Payment instructions will be given in the email.

Exchange Policy

Upon receipt of goods, should there be any damages of the item, buyer should inform us by phone or email within 2 days for exchange. However, please note that you will be responsible for all postage charges. We will replace items that are found damaged with the same items being ordered. We will send you an e-mail confirming the availability of the items. Should the items be out of stock, you may choose a different product of the same value. You may also choose another item of a higher cost and pay for the difference, but should the chosen items be of lower cost, there will not be any refund.

Cancellation

Cancellation of order must be done within 3 days after payment. We apologize that we do not accept order cancellation when the item has been prepared and has been sent

Any change in particular (e.g. receiver's address, messages, etc) must be made within 03 hours or before delivery, whichever earlier. Receiver's mailing address must be correct and there should be someone available to receive the delivery, else your order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.

Ripples Online Payment Methods

We offer payment by Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) Transfer, Internet Banking Transfer or Paypal in Singapore dollars. Information on the various payment methods will be in the confirmation email we send you.

All delivery will be made through Singapore Post Registered Mail Service.

To make your payment easier, we recommend credit card payments via Paypal. Sign up is free. For more information on Paypal, please visit their website at www.paypal.com. Payment is in SGD and a transaction fee charged by Paypal (SGD Invoice Value 3.4% + SGD$0.50) will be included.
