For local orders
We accept returns for item(s) that are unworn, unused and with its product tags intact. If you wish to return or exchange any item(s) in your order, please complete the returns form given together with your invoice and include it in your return items parcel. Please ship via a traceable mode of postage to our Ripples HQ – Office address. The returns parcel will need to reach us within 10 working days. Please remember to retain a proof of postage until you have received a confirmation from us that your order is processing returns. All postage charges will be borne by customer.
For returns sent to us by post, we will issue the store credits within 3 – 7 working days to your Ripples account once your return order has been processed. After which, you can use the store credits to place a new order for a replacement of size or other item(s).

Invoice of online purchase must be completed and produced at the point of exchange. Should items be found to be with defect, we will do a one-for-one exchange and replace them with the same items being ordered. Should the items be out of stock, you may choose a different product of the same value. You may also choose another item of a higher cost and pay for the difference, but should the chosen items be of lower cost, there shall not be any refund. Should you receive an incorrect merchandize, we will send you the correct merchandize at no cost to you.
We regret that no refunds will be carried out for local orders.
Please refer to our size guide and description for each product to avoid any error in the size of the product.
All Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
For overseas orders
We apologize that we do not do overseas exchange. However, we do arrange for refunds on case-by-case basis should you receive defective or merchandize that has been wrongly shipped to you. Please write in to us at email@example.com. Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
