How do I use my store credit?
At the Checkout page, apply your store credit under the ‘Store Credit’ field. The subtotal will be updated once the store credit has been applied.
Can I extend the expiry date of my store credit?
Store credits are strictly non-extendable, non-refundable and non-transferable. It can only be used specifically for the holder of the account that it was issued to.
Do I have to use my store credit in a single transaction?
Yes. All store credits must be used within a single transaction. Any unused store credit amount will not be reinstated or refunded.
Can an order be returned if store credit has been used?
It is only possible to return the order made with store credit if the item was sent incorrectly or has defects. Sale items cannot be returned.
Have an error with the store credit?
Please check if the store credit has expired, used in another order, or if you are not logged into the correct account that the store credit was issued to.
