Local Online & Physical Store Promotions
The promotions available at Ripples Online Store will not be made available at Ripples Physical Stores and vice versa. Promotions are exclusive at each store. Customers are not allowed to combine any cross-store promotions.
Shipping & Delivery
All local orders will either be made through local courier services or Self-Collection at our stores or HQ. You can choose your shipping preference at checkout point.
All overseas orders will be made through Singapore Post Registered Air Mail Service (click here for Registered Air Mail rates) for parcels below 2kg and Singapore Speedpost Standard (click here for Speedpost Standard rates) for parcels above 2kg only. Click here for more information on Shipping.
Overseas Delivery, Taxes and Duties
Ripples will not bear any sales taxes and import duties or other applicable charges on behalf of our overseas customers. It will be borne by the recipient. Import taxes, custom duties and regulations vary from countries. Customers are advised to check with their respective country's custom regulations before placing an order to avoid any taxes or other charges (if any) when the parcel reaches them.
We apologise that we do not do overseas exchange. However, we do arrange for refunds on case-by-case basis should you receive defective or merchandise that has been wrongly shipped to you. We offer payment by Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) Transfer, Internet Banking Transfer, PayLah!, Paypal, Stripe, GrabPay in Singapore dollars. Do take note that for customers opting Interbank Transfer from different banks other than DBS/POSB, there will be a waiting period of 3 days for funds to be transferred. This will result in a longer processing period for your order. Information on the various payment methods will be sent to your email after your confirmation. We strongly encourage customers to update their particulars, such as mailing address before making a purchase to avoid any error in the shipment.
To make your payment easier and faster, we recommend GrabPay or credit card payments via Paypal or Stripe. Payment is in SGD.
Cancellation of orders will be declined if any form of payment has been made.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions and sales shown on this site are only applicable for online purchases and are subject to the availability of our stocks. We apologize that certain flip flops designs may not be available at times due to overwhelming demand or changes of design. In cases when we informed you that the stocks are unavailable and we do not hear from you, we will put the orders on hold until we receive a reply from you. If we do not receive a reply from you by 3 days, we will cancel the order as this is to any miscommunication or fraud cases.

Images may vary with actual product due to different lighting effects. Ripples will not be held liable from such claims that may be incurred as a result of this.
